Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Lashiqué, we value your time and our commitment to excellent service. Below is our policy regarding appointment cancellations, confirmations, and late arrivals:

Cancellation Notice

• More Than 24 Hours Notice: You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charge any time before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel a confirmed appointment on the day of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Appointment Confirmation

• To secure your appointment, it is essential to confirm it by 9:00 PM the night before your scheduled service. We will reach out the morning of your appointment date to confirm your presence. If we do not hear from you by 8:00 AM, we cannot guarantee your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, we will only be able to honor the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will not be extended, as our schedule is typically fully booked with back-to-back appointments. This policy helps ensure that we do not inconvenience clients who are scheduled after you.
