Before Your Session:

• Avoid Harsh Treatments – Refrain from using exfoliating scrubs, chemical peels, or retinol-based products on the hands 48 hours before the session.
• Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water before the session to help skin absorb serums more effectively.
• No Self-Tanners – Avoid applying self-tanning products to the hands at least one week prior to treatment.
• Remove Jewelry – Rings, bracelets, or watches should be removed before the appointment.
• Come with Clean Hands – Avoid applying lotions, creams, or heavy oils on the hands the day of treatment.
• Inform Us of Any Skin Sensitivities – Let the esthetician know if you have eczema, psoriasis, or recent cuts/burns on the hands.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for a personalized consultation with one of our expertly trained specialists. This ensures we understand your goals, tailor your treatment, and maximize your results.

After Your Session:

• Moisturize Regularly – Use a hydrating, fragrance-free lotion (preferably with hyaluronic acid) to maintain skin softness.
• Wear Sunscreen – Apply SPF 30+ daily to protect hands from UV damage and maintain skin brightness.
• Avoid Harsh Soaps & Hot Water – Use gentle, hydrating cleansers instead of harsh, drying soaps.
• Limit Exposure to Chemicals – Wear gloves when washing dishes or using cleaning products to prevent irritation.
• No Exfoliation for 3-5 Days – Avoid scrubs, peels, or retinol on the hands to allow the skin to fully recover.
• Hydrate & Eat Well – Drinking plenty of water and consuming collagen-boosting foods (like vitamin C-rich fruits) can enhance results.
• Schedule Follow-Up Sessions – To maintain soft, youthful hands, book a session once a month as recommended.
